Myddfai Community Council- Minutes from meeting on April 8th 2013

Myddfai Community Council

A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 8th April 2013 in Myddfai Hall.

Present Cllr’s, Gareth Hughes, Garient Powell, Carol Dyer, John Morgan John Griffith

Apologies Cllr’s Garient Davies, Hwyel Lewis, CCAndrew James

Chairperson Cllr John Morgan

Minutes of previous meeting were read, found to be true, signed.

P.C. Howie Davies attended and addressed the meeting there had been no contact with the police from Myddfai area recently. There had been a shed burglary in Llangadog. Councillors had no questions or anything to report.

Matters Arising

 Hydrant letter to Welsh Water no correspondence has been received clerk to send another letter

Grant for computer money should be with council over next week. Clerk to go ahead and order from Morgan and Morgan.

CCC Code of Conduct rearranged for 22 May Cllr John Griffith to attend with Clerk.

 

Planning

Mrs Sally Ann Munro – letter explaining they have applied for planning permission to install Solar panels. To be discussed when contacted by BBNP

 

CCC       Confirmation of diversion of Foot paths at Glasallt

Round Lodge E/27658 granted

Cilgwyn Shed application E/27498 clerk explained that letters to appropriate agencies.

 

Finance

OVW – membership to be paid £45

CCC  Election Charges Councillors questioned reason for charge as it was known there would no be an election in Myddfai

A.O.B

Cllr Carol Dyer spoke about the funding for the Esteddfod  would be around £3000 and that it can be claimed back in precept.
